The thing you need to know about Ang is if it can be done, she will find a way!  She thinks outside the box, or as she puts it 'shred the box'!  For the work we needed, she created the required plugins from scratch with nothing but what we had laid out on paper.  Completely down to earth, no fluff, jargon or non-sense.
