A lot of people tell me ‘oh, you are so patient’ – but patience isn’t something you can’t learn.
Going through secondary school, I was often called ‘odd’ because I never panicked coming up to exams – to me I had the work done, all I could then do was give it my best. I often watched students after our third level exams from my B.A. right through to my M.Sc. cramming right up until they walked in the door of the exam hall, and would spend time afterwards wondering if the answer they gave was right. This to me is futile as no one seems to have created a time machine yet.
